Security of Credit Card Information
The Foundation accepts online donations and in doing so uses a variety of safeguards to protect the security of your credit card transactions, such as encryption, access controls, network firewalls, physical security and other measures. These measures make it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept donor’s credit card information. The Foundation may work with other companies, such as PayPal, to process credit card transactions, but only if those companies also use encryption and other security measures.

The Foundation reserves the right, without notice to you, to disclose your personally identifiable information as required to do so by law or when the Foundation reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary, such as to respond to an emergency that it believes involves potential threats to the safety of persons or property.
The Foundation may use third parties to provide certain services on this Site (“Service Providers”). The Foundation will only share your personally identifiable information with Service Providers to the extent they need the information to provide the required services.
